Our friend Grace challenged us to cook off by creating amazing dishes costing less than $2. Certainly a challenge to pull off, but possible nonetheless. One of the dishes was a delicious tuna and corn fishcake, packed full of great protein and assembled from pantry staples like canned tuna and frozen corn. This recipe could be tuna patties for a burger, and you can modify it by adding your favourite seasoning and ingredients however you want!
